POSITION SUMMARY
Maintains existing clients and develops new business by building strong relationships, analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales.
Sales is a mindset and a lifestyle and the minute it becomes a job you are doomed to fail.
Responsibilities
The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will be responsible for the following:
o Maintaining current relationships with existing clients
o Build new business with existing clients through increasing product mix
o Approach new clients via cold calls and lead generation
o Calling all customers daily according to J-I-T schedule
o Contact all customers daily as scheduled via phone
o Oversee and keep weekly contact with ALL accounts via phone
o Obtain or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
o Represent KSD and all of its product lines with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
o 1 week per month road travel for face to face interaction with customers
o Build strong relationships with all accounts, industry professionals, and colleagues to increase overall success of Kessler Sales & Distribution
o Keep Daily record of all daily activities by utilizing CRM and other tools provided by management
o Hold strong communication with management in regards to market activity and trends
o Stay alert and knowledgeable of current competitor initiatives in marketplace and communicate with KSD management
QUAIFICATIONS
Must have experience handling 60
customer calls per day
Must have excellent phone skills
Proven inside sales track record
Must be able to work independently
Experience in PVF industry a plus
All qualified applicants will be sent a sales assessment prior to 1st phone interview. Sales assessment is web-based and will take approximately 20 - 30 minutes.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
